Hi, Im Chris.

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults and young people from 14 years of age and above. I offer sessions online and face to face. I am a registered membership of the BACP which is the largest professional associations for counsellors & psychotherapists in the UK.

I believe in and am passionate about equality, and making sure that the services I provide are fair and accessible to everyone, ensuring equal treatment, dignity and respect for all.

I tailor my approach to each individual I work with, drawing from a number of therapeutic philosophies and modalities to meet specific situational needs. This allows for flexibility in my work, allowing for change, recovery and growth. 

Listening to my clients' personal stories is a privilege which I never take for granted, and I admire the courage and stregth it takes to reach out, allowing me to do the work I love and am passsionette about.
