Free consultation

I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation to discuss your needs and for you to decide if you would like to take the next step.

What happens in your first session?

The first session we will talk about why you came to counselling. I understand this can be difficult, so it will be at your pace and led by you. We will also discuss your concerns and worry’s and work together to find a way forward, increasing your own understanding and self-awareness. 

Fees

Regular

The fee per session is £50 for  each 50-minute session. 

Reduced

I am passionate about making therapy accessible for everyone, therefor I offer a number of discounted spaces for people who are on low-income, students and blue light card holders.  I also offer discounts to counselling students.

Payment

Fees to be paid by bank transfer in advance of each session or by other arrangements agreed. 

Cancellations

Cancellation notice must be given 24 hours before a session, along with unarranged missed sessions.
